It was just a good job

It's one of the greatest jobs i've ever worked

It's called Rent-A-Wreck for a reason. Organized chaos. Nothing like renting a barley running machine to a customer

Most of the "mechanics" are parts changers and hacks. Service manager couldn't tell you which end of screwdriver you are supposed to use. Machines go out unrepaired and leaking fluids. Nick named "Rent-A-Wreck" for a reason

good and bad sometimes its a great company but it gets very bad at times to much change over at mid levels ,causing massive issues at lower levels always blame the small guys finally trying to help the actual employees who due the ground work after all these years

Find ways to get the job done

good decision making, good support

This company truly cares about the employees. There's plenty of growth opportunity. Managers believe in teaching and building a successful team. The risk is low, but the reward is great. Great company, great people, great benefits & just an overall great place to work. I plan on retiring here.

Retaining employees. They lose employees at the rate of 1 almost every 2 months. HR should recognize a high turnover rate

Jobs well done are rewarded adequately

Better compensation, bring back bonuses, take care of your good employees and get rid of the bad.

Top ranks take all and leave the the underlings starving

The benefits are trash. Read over insurance policies carefully if considering unemployment

yes they should of increased it up years ago make it more fair paid for workers as in branch management overpay managers under pay hard workers

We are tight nit like an extended family of sorts

we all work very well together and consider each other as not only friends, but also as family. the team players look out for each other and assist where needed

Friendly faces - warm welcomes, feels like home

Have true concern fir the employees not being so fake and phony

Working as a team and not drowning each other

Work together as a team and do their share of work. One member told service manager he wasn't going to do the job at hand and she allowed that to transpire and later pawned the job off onto another employee

More mature supervision, more structure on quality of work

keeping right people in place trained managers not fly buys branch,service,district all need to actually how the business works

Hire leaders with real experience that are qualified to work on Human Resources

The screening process is fair and reasonable and falls right in line with the same process that most corporations have.

Not my place to say. The Company needs to figure out what's happening and way the competition is still beating them

HR leaders are qualified for their positions.
