More mature supervision, more structure on quality of work

The benefits are trash. Read over insurance policies carefully if considering unemployment

The new company I applied for made me feel like a team member before even offering job

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retaining employees. They lose employees at the rate of 1 almost every 2 months. HR should recognize a high turnover rate

Not my place to say. The Company needs to figure out what's happening and way the competition is still beating them

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Work together as a team and do their share of work. One member told service manager he wasn't going to do the job at hand and she allowed that to transpire and later pawned the job off onto another employee
