What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work together fairly well (a few small arguments), but they get things done.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is fair for the amount of work I do. I'd love a raise, but I don't have enough time for more work.

We're very friendly towards each other and we enjoy talking about our future plans/and weekend activities.

Characteristics of a good team Everyone participates actively and positively in meetings and projects. Team goals are understood by everyone.

We accept eachother equally and act like good friends. We also get work done efficiently.
