Ms. Geralyn Maher DeBusk has been Executive Vice President of Dallas*Fort Worth Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute since June 1, 2012. Ms. DeBusk has been President of Halliburton Investor Relations (HIR) since July 2006. Ms. DeBusk served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Halliburton Investor Relations and was responsible for the execution of strategic client programming and client consultation on critical financial communications issues such as corporate message development, earnings guidance, investor targeting and crisis management. During her tenure of nearly 15 years, she also spearheaded Halliburton Investor Relations 's business development initiatives. She joined Halliburton Investor Relations in 1992. She served as Director of Investor Relations of Xanser Corp., (Formerly Known as Kaneb Services, Inc.,) and its subsidiary, Kaneb Pipe Line Partners. During her five-year tenure at Xanser Corp., she initiated an aggressive investor relations program, substantially improving institutional ownership while maintaining its strong retail base. She served with The Southwestern Legal Foundation. She served as a Writer and served a Editor of a National Real Estate Trade Publication and for television news. She graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BFA in Journalism.
