They can listen and respond
They really listen to your concerns.
Work balance. I generally work 15-18 hours a day as an engineer 7 days a week.
Fighitng for their employees I would say

Operations Management need to be better, less cheap contracts
No employee support, who are overworked and not appreciated.
Insurance packages and base pay is excellent
The insurance prices and the stock.
Compensation package is good and extensive
All aspects of the benefits package are comparable to the market.
The beneifits thats it comes with
Comparables show that salaries are better elsewhere
Being paid at market instead of 2016 rates
I've had several promotions without any accompanied pay raises so managers can continue to get their bonuses.

The different selection of team members that took the time to meet with me and give the interview.

Very personable interviewers. They made the process comfortable and relaxed
Most managers have little idea of how to interview and could use significant investment in training.
That I'm retiring very soon.
When I get to leave
Working together with the teams
A perfect job completion and no injuries
Review from Operations Dept

more pay. better support from management
Review from Operations Dept
Management does not care for the employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Management has preconceived ideas and notions and will get angry if told otherwise, even if backed up with facts and experience. Employees are only listened to reactively instead of proactively when it comes to strategic decisions, resulting in a negative work environment
Local management needs to stop playing favorites with incompetent people.
Review from Operations Dept
Their ability to retain talent. Need to stable the stock price and reduce the layoffs.
