Being fair. Not given promotions to their friends or people that went to the same college they did. It's very political.

Fighitng for their employees I would say

Operations Management need to be better, less cheap contracts

No employee support, who are overworked and not appreciated.

It needs to start looking at IT resources as something other than low skilled replaceable cogs and start treating them like skilled, valued adults.

Stop less skilled and inefficient referral hiring and hire better talent from Matket.

Work balance. I generally work 15-18 hours a day as an engineer 7 days a week.
