Some of them are very smart and catch onto things quickly while others who are paid more do not do their share of work.
They all willing to help you
They are caring and lay more emphasis on individual safety
For the most part, knowledgeable and dependable.
Teams are smaller which allows for good communication and better collaboration
If you work in a small office, then it might be more personal and appropriate to converse with your employee face-to-face instead of an email. If you work remotely in different physical locations from your coworkers, then sending a personal email might be efficient.
Our talent pool is great but doing depleted quickly
We have a good team work strategy, and everyone helps you when they can and most are willing to stop and teach you if you ask and will listen and want to learn.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work well in a group, but at times fall short on individual tasks
Communication needs to be better as a team. No patience for new hires trying to learn the ropes.
It's a very toxic culture and if there were 30+ hours in a day managers would ensure you worked that much.
People should care about their job and not care if it is not concerning them
company does not provide incentive or motivation to work
Pull their weight, and stop trying to get out of work.
