They don't micromanage. I am free to sell how I please. I can use Halo resources at my discretion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good, thats about it.
I am paid on commission for creating results. If I want more money, I have to create more results. It's up to me and me alone.
The rebate and bonus money is a nice perk
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are great they make my day
The fact that we are a team and also family. This runs deep in the culture. We all support each other. Some days are better than others. That's life. It's as good as it gets.

Good pay and remote work but too much workload
Flexible hours. They work with you if you have to take time off
