Mr. Michael T. Donohue, also known as Mike, CPA serves as Controller and Managing Director of Hamilton Lane Incorporated. Mr. Donohue is responsible for internal and external reporting, accounting research and the development of accounting policies and procedures. Mr. Donohue serves as Managing Director and Controller at Hamilton Lane Advisors and served as its Vice President of Finance. He joined Hamilton Lane on March 28, 2008 and is responsible for internal and external reporting, accounting research and the development of accounting policies and procedures for the department. Prior to this, Mr. Donohue was an Assistant Controller at PQ Corporation. Prior to that, he was an Audit Manager with KPMG in Philadelphia. Mr. Donohue began his career with a Fortune 200 global packaging company, where he held several accounting positions. Mr. Donohue has more than ten years of auditing and financial reporting experience. He is a C.P.A., and a Member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and PICPA). Mr. Donohue holds an M.B.A. from Villanova University and a B.S. degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
