I can fulfilled my desires
Benefits are great in my opinion. Healthcare meets my needs and various other programs like fitness stipend, student loan contributions, commuter benefits, fair amount of PTO. 401k match is average.

Excitement on a daily basis
People and work enviroment and availability
I have a good relationship with my manager and know what's expected of me. Makes me worry less about performance and just getting things done.
