Paul R. Yett — MD & Co-Head of Account Management Group at Hamilton Lane

Mr. Paul R. Yett serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of Account Management Group at Hamilton Lane Advisors. Mr. Yett's responsibilities include the Relationship Management, Business Development, Reporting and Research Departments at Hamilton Lane Advisors. He serves as Managing Director for Investment Committee at Hamilton Lane Incorporated. He joined Hamilton Lane Advisors in 1998. He started his career with Hamilton Lane in 1998 in the Due Diligence Department where he managed its global venture capital practice. Prior to that, he was employed at Stone Pine Asset Management, LLC for four years. He acted as the Treasurer at Stone Pine International Trade Finance Co. Ltd. Mr. Yett was also a Senior Analyst at Fiduciary Capital Management, Inc. (FCM & Fiduciary Capital Management Company) and Assistant Secretary at Consolidated Capital of North America, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Yett was a Lease Accountant at Bramalea U.S. Properties in Denver. Mr. Yett serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Polaris Venture Partners, Advanced Technology Ventures and Crow Holdings. He has been a Member of the Governing Board of Directors of The Robert Toigo Foundation since March 1, 2013 and served as its Member of the Advisory Board from 2009 to March 1, 2013. Mr. Yett also serves on several Advisory Boards on behalf of Hamilton Lane and its clients. He holds a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.
