My boss makes sure that I am compensated fairly compared to the market. I think we have great benefits as part of our compensation package. It is also great being an employee owner and knowing I can make a difference by my contribution to the company and get receive the benefits at retirement.
Fair base salary is paid and full benefits, plus we have a cash profit sharing plan where you can take cash or defer into 401k. Also, recent ESOP now provides employees with Stock and retirement plan.
