I think our leadership team is getting stronger and stronger. We have new, dynamic leaders in place who love the company and are focused on growing and empowering employees and ensuring we offer our customers the very best. Leadership genuinely cares about the success of the company and employees.
New leader has brought in other new leaders and it is inspiring and refreshing. President and CEO knows the business very well and is invested in the long term growth of the Company. Cares about the people and now we are an ESOP.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They bring supervisors in that don't know what they are doing, and instead of us getting coached, they need coaching, as they don't know how to handle people underneath them.
