While there are always challenging people do deal with, the number of open minded and engaged professionals here are growing with new leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair base salary is paid and full benefits, plus we have a cash profit sharing plan where you can take cash or defer into 401k. Also, recent ESOP now provides employees with Stock and retirement plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
New leader has brought in other new leaders and it is inspiring and refreshing. President and CEO knows the business very well and is invested in the long term growth of the Company. Cares about the people and now we are an ESOP.
