- What do you like best about the leadership team?Our leadership is very hands on.They make you feel like you're a really important member of the team because we are! It's clear that the most important thing to leadership is creating/maintaining an awesome team.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Not only do we have a uncapped commission, but the opportunity in the market allows you to be creative and push the boundaries.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I genuinely really enjoy coming into work. Our office is in a great lost space in Noho which creates an awesome environment. In addition to cold brew on tap, one of our core values is every day we're hustling, and you can feel it throughout the team.
