- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Following certification a 10K increase in pay was offered, have heard of 30K increase for private companies.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Office administrators are not trained or compensated for the very important work they do of being the forward face of the office, and understanding the insurance process. Clinicians are often jaded from working in the corporate environment and having their hopes/dreams dashed too many times.
