What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has an open door policy and I feel comfortable approaching other departmebts with new ideas. I feel respected as an employee ald treated like my opinions matter
They let everyone voice their opinions
The leadership has been unwavering and committed to our long-term growth. As a results, their primary focus has been on the employees of the company to make sure we are building for the future and not just reacting to short-term triggers.

There is literally no ceiling for people who have the ambition and drive to put in the time and effort.

Pay is below average but bonuses aren't half bad
