What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very supportive and DEI friendly
They attempt to listen, and they hold enough town hall meetings to hear the issues that the employees bring up. With frequent pulse surveys, they seem to be on the right track as far as employee satisfaction
They really care about the employees and try their best to provide guidance and support.
Their honesty and commitment to employee satisfaction. They have a strong vision that they stick to.
honestly and clearly, everybody is a team mate when working togther, the company is a good a very good company to work for, nothing bad, great benefits great days off. they are picky when choosing a candidate but for the good of the company. im proud and happy to work for HSB is part of me now.

i get everything from an awesome days off to health insurance. this is a very good company to work for

My team has people with multiple skills, and we are always willing to step in for each other when needed.

some take on a supervisory stance whether or not they are the supervisor, some seem to be out to make others look bad while boosting the appearance of their own contributions

company environment changes with what department you work in. inspectors have a territory that they cover and/or assigned to a consultant position at a particular company
