What did you like most about the interview process?It was timely and professional. Yet only smoke in mirrors compared to the daily work environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?They tested a persons knowledge and gave all candidates an equal and fair opportunity to apply for the positions.
What did you like most about the interview process?I was able to meet with many people in the department and organization to make sure it was the right fit for me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company is going down a selfish path and not looking for the right management team with knowledge and wisdom that can lead. Inexperienced management with self interest who does not lead properly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Replace HIM leadership with honest knowledgeable managers who can effectively lead and not play the beauracratic political games. Leaders who can teach and has wisdom not young go getters who know little to none about the job itself.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most of the leaders in the HIM management team are incompetent.
