What's the pay like for Engineering roles at Hayneedle?
Junior devs are paid 55k Mid level are between 55-65k Senior level are between 65-75k
Generally par for the course in terms of junior to mid-level positions for the area. However as you start to move up the compensation is not commensurate to the work load or compared to other jobs with the same title/responsibility.
What unique perks and benefits does Hayneedle provide?
When I was they often had a lot of food, like free breakfasts every Friday. During the summer months they also gave 4 hours flex time each week, which let us take off at noon each Friday.

The people were great, but the culture was very slow and it took a long time for projects to turn around. It made it agonizing to go to work some days knowing that nothing would get done.
