What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always open to hearing new ideas and available to answer questions about the direction of the business. Everyone on the executive team, including the CEO, are accessible and in the office on a daily basis collaborating with the team.

There is no collaboration too much silos

hc1 is great at recognizing the hard work of individuals and teams. There are many different outlets managers and leaders can use to publically recognize outstanding work and accomplishments.
