HD Supply has a very competitive bonus structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing is we all work remotely managing different parts of the country. So while we will share ideas, our territory is ours and ours alone.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fairly informal and relaxing being at a local coffee shop. One of the joys of a remote work environment. While the questions were difficult at times, my surroundings were relaxing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that I am empowered to do my job on a daily basis, and am trusted to carry it out. This trust is not normal in large companies, but the freedom we have to get to the end goal is liberating.
