What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying a livable wage and giving raises that match inflation.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The team works well together but the pay and health insurance are subpar, leaving little chance of feeling respected on a professional level.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Love my bosses, and the training team at HD Supply is superb. If they had, however, conveyed that wages would stay stagnant while cost of living crises surged, I may have continued my search.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No stock options and poverty-level wages while LITERALLY being told "it's a corporate thing". No, a corporate thing is massive executive payouts while the fundamental workers holding up the company's day to day get their purchasing power cut exponentially.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I'm solving complex issues and claims for the customer, making their days and life easier. I truly care about giving a good customer experience and one-call resolution to cultivate trust. I just don't feel compensated for it, and have attempted to request performance related pay evaluations.
