Freedom to work independently, but there for support whenever you need it
Lack of engagement. Very robotic overall.
Micomanging, no way to advance in the company even though you are told so during the hiring process, overtime is required and you are expected to work from open and close, you will be scolded like a little kid for any mistake even in training, many higher ups will talk down to you.
Team is always willing to step in and assist when needed
