We have the potential to help our customers. But we currently are so focused on growing. That means that we're expanding our list of offerings and some offerings are not as robust as they ought to be. We should focus on a handful of things we can do really well rather than try to do everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They host frequent meetings for all team members.

Seeing when our products actually help customers improve their business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus program would be really nice if we were able to reach 100% of the targets.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has employee resource groups which help promote diversity. The groups aren't as strong as the groups at other companies, but at least they exist at Health Catalyst.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers lean heavily on others for help, which is fine when people are starting out, but after they've been doing the job for several years they need to be more self-sufficient.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Our recruiters don't always keep tabs on the people who have interviewed. I've had friends that I've referred for jobs, and the recruiters were not proactive in reaching out to them when they weren't selected to move forward. They just kept waiting for an update until I finally reached out for one.
