- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Quit making things up, be genuine, and stop firing GOOD people.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation wouldn't be an issue if we all felt value. I'm just a mirror of what I hear at work. EVERY front line employee is either looking for work or afraid of being fired. It is a straw house.
