What did you like most about the interview process? It was very thorough and my hiring manager really knew what he was doing. . .but they fired him too.
What are some of the best things about your team? The front line employees are fantastic people with a great attitude and work ethic. They are fun and fantastic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The number of inoperable systems that are being crammed into one horrible platform is unfathomable. All of the CEO's cronies need to go.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Quit making things up, be genuine, and stop firing GOOD people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation wouldn't be an issue if we all felt value. I'm just a mirror of what I hear at work. EVERY front line employee is either looking for work or afraid of being fired. It is a straw house.
