What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with our customers. It's also great that working from home gives me some flexibility regarding working hours. And, I feel appreciated by my coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great team morale - everyone appreciates the work others do and takes the time to say it. I've felt very encouraged by my coworkers. It's not a competitive environment at all - except for friendly competition.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again - everyone from the C-Suite down is really great about sharing success and saying "great job". Even though we work remotely, it still feels like a solid team. Managers provide oversight but don't micro-manage. I love working for HealthcareSource!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is engaged and committed to employees. They increased communication during Covid-19, which helped all of us know what's going on with the company. They are proactive and make sound decisions based on data. Even though most of us work remotely, they still seem approachable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated the opportunity to talk with people in different roles so I had a good understanding of the company culture before I started. Interviewed with my manager, the team and the c-suite supervisor. Good communication regarding where I was in the process and it all happened pretty quickly.
