What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is good at their job and very hard working which makes team work and completing projects easy!
Everyone is understanding that life happens, we are all in the same boat and flexibility is seen at all levels here.

We operate a no blame culture, always offered help if too much workload, lots of support and tooks provided and paid for

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting a number of people I would potentially be working with meaning I could make up my own mind what the culture at the company is like.
Getting to have open discussion and walking through problem solving solutions to show my value add.

Being part of a team that is making huge changes in the healthcare industry! Day to day speaking to my colleagues
