Very diverse leadership team, they are always open for questions and discussions and are the most humble I've worked with.

Very competitive pay with a great bonus structure.

Everyone is good at their job and very hard working which makes team work and completing projects easy!
Everyone is understanding that life happens, we are all in the same boat and flexibility is seen at all levels here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We operate a no blame culture, always offered help if too much workload, lots of support and tooks provided and paid for
People care about the work and they care about the others they work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting a number of people I would potentially be working with meaning I could make up my own mind what the culture at the company is like.
Getting to have open discussion and walking through problem solving solutions to show my value add.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being part of a team that is making huge changes in the healthcare industry! Day to day speaking to my colleagues
The wide scope of projects that I get to work on, keeps me motivated and engaged.
