My team is amazing. I attribute most any success we have to our ability to work well together and build on each other's ideas to make them even better than what they started as. My team is extremely supportive.
My coworkers. They are all extremely intelligent, motivate me to be better at what I do, and are willing to put in the time and effort to make me better. I've never felt more challenged (and accepted) at work before.
We have great 'soft' benefits (breakfast, lunch, dinner, wellness benefits, spotify, AWS credits, etc.) but my favorite might be our ping-pong table ;) I love our clubs and Heap's willingness to sponsor extracurricular team bonding activities. Lunch & Lifes are also a favorite!
Our leadership team really cares about not only our product but about our people as well. They are incredibly intelligent and are not only great at what they do but are willing to share their experience (and time) to help their reports and coworkers.
We have a lot of things aimed to benefit our culture. We started a Diversity & Inclusion program this year, we promote clubs and cross-team bonding, we accommodate and appreciate multiple works styles (remote) and I genuinely enjoy coming into work and interacting with my coworkers on a daily basis.
