What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership Team is very transparent with employees, they inspire employees.
Smart, bold, willing to learn from their teams, eager to win.

Our leadership team really cares about not only our product but about our people as well. They are incredibly intelligent and are not only great at what they do but are willing to share their experience (and time) to help their reports and coworkers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation...what's not to love?!
My salary + bonus is competitive and well aligned to company success
We have great 'soft' benefits (breakfast, lunch, dinner, wellness benefits, spotify, AWS credits, etc.) but my favorite might be our ping-pong table ;) I love our clubs and Heap's willingness to sponsor extracurricular team bonding activities. Lunch & Lifes are also a favorite!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leveling should be more clear.
I feel that compensation is done a little bit ad hocly, but I know there are people working on improving this.

Team Collaborations, working sessions are effective.
Smartest people I've ever worked with.
Heap hires some of the most impressive talent I have ever come across. I am constantly impressed by the output and performance of this team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company Values are great, working towards creating a brand value
Innovative (nobody does what our product does) and customer-focused.
I think we are positive about intellectual intelligence and working very hard.
We have a lot of things aimed to benefit our culture. We started a Diversity & Inclusion program this year, we promote clubs and cross-team bonding, we accommodate and appreciate multiple works styles (remote) and I genuinely enjoy coming into work and interacting with my coworkers on a daily basis.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Constructive feedback to all candidates
While challenging, the interview process also gave me good insight into what would be expected. I also felt like I got to meet the people that I would be working with and evaluate them as I was being interviewed.
I think you meet with a variety of people and they have clear objectives. It can be long and arduous at times.
I enjoyed interviewing with one of the co-founders. It showed how important hiring is to Heap.

Team Collaboration, cross functional working relationships
There are dogs in the office...11/10 would pet dogs again!
My coworkers are smart driven individuals. I think they are some of the more honest and hardworking I have been around.
When work is recognized and collaboration is evident
My coworkers. They are all extremely intelligent, motivate me to be better at what I do, and are willing to put in the time and effort to make me better. I've never felt more challenged (and accepted) at work before.
