I really think that there is nothing more rewarding in a job than helping others. When you know that the company is financially sound, and this basis comes from improving the health of people with beginning to advanced hearing loss, there are many rewards.

Lots of top-notch and talented people. Very loyal to what we do and the company.

The small gifts, the regular 1 to 1s, the flexibility around working hours and location. Listening to everyone!

They are constantly involved and interested in every aspect of the business, but not to micro-manage, rather give input and provide freedom to get things done!

The freedom to focus on what I think is important for our customers! We help people hear well so that they can live well. I love working for a company that makes money helping others to live better lives!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very fair salaries, the company understands that operational roles are heald by people passionate about what they do and do not constantly need the carrot or pressure that comes with "earning that bonus". The health care packages are also great! oh, and unlimited time off!!!!!
