What do you like best about the leadership team?They are real. It's so east to get in front of them and they allow everyone to have a seat at the table! They are always looking for new ways of doing things. They have the mentality that you need to adapt in order to evolve and they express that throughout the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We like to have fun, and they find a way to implement that through your day to day. Between Upbeat (fun committee) and Worldbeat (volunteering committee) they really do a great job at keeping you engaged in activities outside of the daily work.
