- What are some of the best things about your team?Before the pandemic, they all cared at every level - from managers to hourly team members. They are hotel pros for the most part. They like their jobs and are engaging.

- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Be more truthful. No training besides videos provided, learn as you go, no support provided
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The hotel was teeated more like a restaurant than a hotel. The second anyone complained $500-$1000 were cmped instantly out hotel is more of a countr club for the area this compensation made guest extremely entitled and belittling employees
