What are some of the best things about your team?Before the pandemic, they all cared at every level - from managers to hourly team members. They are hotel pros for the most part. They like their jobs and are engaging.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Be more truthful. No training besides videos provided, learn as you go, no support provided
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The hotel was teeated more like a restaurant than a hotel. The second anyone complained $500-$1000 were cmped instantly out hotel is more of a countr club for the area this compensation made guest extremely entitled and belittling employees
