Day to day managent of its supervisors. They allow things to go on as long as they get yhe hob done.

Self centered people like SF only cares about his compensation at the expense of others
im not undervalued here just a little underpaid

They collaberate well and enjoy working together.
communication, team work, understanding, drive
The willingness to always help each other and work together on projects, deadlines, etc. If someone is out, others have no problem taking over to help them out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Create an environment of trust within the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
our leaders behavior towards us
The company tries to keep the moral of the employees up and offers many fun opportunities to take a "break" from work. Events, outings, etc help make it a fun place to work but also recognition helps the employees work harder.

I have been with the conpany for a long time and although i remember it was a tough interview, it was also fair.
