The experience has been rewarding, allowing me to learn and grow with a great team and company.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Though the working environment is good and the life/work balance is even, the pay doesn't equate to the work being done. Especially when considering the cost of the products we develop and sell. I think as it stands, Heraeus is a great starting off point for early careers, but not long term growth.
