What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like everything. Nothing bad to say

Communication, understanding and people skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When you make a big sale, you immediately notice the spike in commission on your paycheck. The base salary for sales/service reps is laughable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better day rate, as work demands and non paid work demands increase.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I work out of a small branch so there are only a couple employees. This makes it really easy to get along and communicate issues at the local level.
