What is the best part about your compensation package?
When you make a big sale, you immediately notice the spike in commission on your paycheck. The base salary for sales/service reps is laughable.

Brotherly, always willing to help out
I work out of a small branch so there are only a couple employees. This makes it really easy to get along and communicate issues at the local level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone being on the same page and trying our best even when the outcome may be inevitable
