good leadership and im happy working w/ the team
Regional is very experienced and personable.

Communication and working as a team. Too many chiefs
Let the Department Managers manage their Departments.
Listening to staff because we deal with the guests the most.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My dental is very affordable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took a $15,000 paycut to join the company after being told of bonus program but the budget is unreasonable so I can never meet my goals for bonus.
At $13/hr it should atleadt be $15/hr. Cant live on that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledgable, efficient, problem solvers, positive
Personable and leave me alone to do my job.

Friendliness of coworkers in all areas
Laid back vibe from hotel
Friendly, loyal people but not necessarily trustworthy
the environment can get a little hectic but the staff all interact well

The structure of the company needs to change

when I'm left alone to focus
Making my guests happy and making my coworkers laugh.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staff is taken advantage of, cleanliness is constant guest complaint, General Manager will not engage with staff
Management need to listen more to employees and the higer ups need to visit hotels without warnings or advance notice.
