Communication and working as a team. Too many chiefs
Let the Department Managers manage their Departments.
Listening to staff because we deal with the guests the most.
Took a $15,000 paycut to join the company after being told of bonus program but the budget is unreasonable so I can never meet my goals for bonus.
At $13/hr it should atleadt be $15/hr. Cant live on that.

Staff is taken advantage of, cleanliness is constant guest complaint, General Manager will not engage with staff
Management need to listen more to employees and the higer ups need to visit hotels without warnings or advance notice.
