The rate for my job at other locations is higher, along with a higher cap. And I believe there should be better options for earning vacation time, and it not require a ridiculous amount of overtime. Salary jobs are allowed to buy what seems to be unlimited vaca, while hourly can buy 5 starting 2024
competitive wages ( Hershey in Hershey Pa. use to be the best place in the area to work. now we are along with the crowd. I wish we were leaders again.

Inexperienced lower and upper management destroys the companies ability to be more profitable.
Hundreds of us employees get no benefits. There is no paid sick, vacation or personal time for hundreds of employees. We are nothing more than struggling gig workers.
when your working 12 hours shifts for 6 days in a row, that's a lot and you don't know your schedule under 3 days before your new schedule starts, when you can't have a life outside of work, you need paid better
Being paid more for the work done. Although I am part time and benefits are not assumed, with as much money as I bring in doing retail, I feel as though myself and others should be paid more fairly which would also help staffing

To get paid the same rate as the other employees since we do the same job. New hires hired after 2010 make $6 less than the ones hired before it and we do the same job. It would be fair to make the same.

they have a 2 tier wage system so i do the same job for significantly less money as those with a few years more experience than me
