COMMUNICATION!!! There is a Grand Canyon of distance between management and employees.
Unfortunately Hershey's upper management is afraid of change and stuck in decade's old policies. Arrogance rules the day at Hershey's from lower to upper management. Sadly the company produces great products but the management is unable to promote and effectively motivate their employees.
pay the workers a livable wage, so they can afford housing and a functioning car to get to work.
Paying employees what they deserve for the amount of hard work they do.
