Extremely high employee turn over rate. Supervisors are often young, inexperienced and have a high level of arrogance. Extreme and excessive amounts of money wasted moving employees around the country that leave shortly after the move. Upper management unusually afraid of change. Sad!

Inexperienced lower and upper management destroys the companies ability to be more profitable.

Stop wasting enormous anounts of money moving employees around the country. Stop discrimination against older employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Unfortunately Hershey's upper management is afraid of change and stuck in decade's old policies. Arrogance rules the day at Hershey's from lower to upper management. Sadly the company produces great products but the management is unable to promote and effectively motivate their employees.
