Management should be more respectful of employees so that they do not turnover as quickly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more for the work done. Although I am part time and benefits are not assumed, with as much money as I bring in doing retail, I feel as though myself and others should be paid more fairly which would also help staffing
