The team does not chastise mistakes but rather focuses on solutions are a way forward.

The transparency of the hiring manager and BU on what the work would entail and what would be expected of me
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Majority of the monetary benefits are highly competitive. HMO and other benefits are received upon the first month instead of upon regularization.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a change agent, innovating, and being allowed to work with a high degree of autonomy instead of being micro managed or constantly supervised.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment is apolitical. Employees in position of authority do not use their "power" to silence, pressure, and insist their beliefs upon those of lower job grade levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Openness to suggestions and opinions, provide employees with autonomy on how to manage their deliverables, providing a highly flexible working arrangement, an apolitical working environment where a junior employee can have their voice heard by top management.
