Knowing the legacy of the company is such a good feeling. At least history is positive.

It's been a difficult few years. The lack of rewards or acceptable pay increases has been tough to come to terms with. Salaries have been stagnant for 3 years, when you do the math.
It used to be a unique place to work, with a kind community of coworkers, supportive managers encouraging your growth, great opportunities to advance, and a positive environment. It was great. It just isn't any of that anymore.
Seeing visitors have a great time and enjoying making memories while they are here.
