offer more than COLA each year for appreciable effort and achievement
My personal performance has been great for years, with zero promotion or pay upgrades....every year I see white males being hired and promoted above me. lame
If there was transparent parity between white males and everyone else in the organization
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are always willing to help
All smart, hard working people. No one rests off the work of others.
Our subculture encourages a true focus on results and value accretion - even if we get zero recognition for it.
They always host town halls to keep us informed
Collaborative. Try to do the right thing.

everyone is checked out - zero excitement

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is seen as equal and welcome here. If you're behind others in a team or meeting, you will be brought up to speed. Your opinion is requested in technical matters even if you're not an SME in it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It is very cliquey and in some ways a good boys club. Constant happy hours and social judgment
Projects to support the business should place more emphasis on front-end planning around resources and risks before implementation.
