Good attitude and positive exploration results

Safety culture and incredibly caring executives. Very family friendly company

customers and atmosphere of the store

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It is very cliquey and in some ways a good boys club. Constant happy hours and social judgment

Projects to support the business should place more emphasis on front-end planning around resources and risks before implementation.
