It's a great company, tight team and a genuine sense of trying to help each other all achieve the best. The company management is strong and responsive to needs of the business. Hexcel teams do what is needed to deliver results.

Sure the ceo took a 50% pay cut during covid, but it was $6 million to $3 million, meanwhile multiple people who were laid off lost their homes, lost their savings, lost nearly everything, and now they’re trying to bring people back and work us harder than befor
