John H. Pelusi Jr. — Executive Managing Director and Head of National Healthcare Practice at HFF

Mr. John H. Pelusi Jr. serves as Executive Managing Director and Head of National Healthcare Practice at HFF, Inc. Mr. Pelusi has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, including investment sales, note sales, debt placement, equity, structured finance and loan servicing. He served as an Executive Managing Director at HFF, Inc. ( Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. ) from 2001 to April 1, 2014 and the Managing Member in the Pittsburgh office until April 1, 2014. Mr. Pelusi served as the Chief Executive Officer of HFF, Inc. from November 2006 to April 1, 2014 and its President and Vice Chairman until April 1, 2014. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of HFF Holdings, LLC since November 2006 and also served as its Executive Managing Director from 2001 to April 1, 2014. He served as a Managing Member of HFF Securities L.P. from 1998 to April 1, 2014. As one of the ten members of HFF's Operating Committee and Managing Member, Mr. Pelusi was responsible for the overall direction of HFF's 17 offices throughout the nation. He joined HFF LP in May 1998. Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner of PNS Realty Advisors. He serves as a Vice Chairman of HFF Holdings, LLC and has been its Director since November 2006. He served as a Director of HFF, Inc. from November 2006 to April 1, 2014. Mr. Pelusi serves as Member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Holy Family Foundation and Bidwell Manchester Craftsman's Guild. He is also as a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Pelusi holds MPA and BAS degrees from University of Pittsburgh.
